Founded as Aikan Kogyo on February 5, 1983, in Shogen-cho, Hamamatsu. Through water and air, essential to people's lives, we protect the natural environment and maintain urban infrastructure.

| 1990 | Obtained construction license (Plumbing, Fire Facilities). |
| 1993 | Reorganized as I-kan Corporation ─ Capital increased to 10 million yen. |

| 1998 | Capital increased to 20 million yen. License changed to Specific Construction. |
| 2007 | Opened Cafe and Restaurant LENRI ─ Full entry into food business. HQ moved to Miyakoda-cho. |
| 2010 | Hikoubiran renewal opening. |
| 2015 | Opened Garden Cafe "HACKBERRY". Masayoshi Nakamura appointed President. |
