Basic Policy Against Anti-Social Forces

To realize our corporate philosophy "Life Spiral Up," I-kan Corporation establishes the blocking of relationships with anti-social forces as a basic management policy, in accordance with government guidelines.

Our Basic Principles

Organizational Response

We respond resolutely as a whole company, led by the Representative Director, without leaving it to individual employees.

External Cooperation

We maintain close cooperation with police, centers for removal of criminal organizations, and lawyers to prepare for emergencies.

No Relations

We will have no relationship whatsoever with anti-social forces, including business transactions, funding, or providing benefits.

Legal Action

We will take legal action, both civil and criminal, against unreasonable demands such as protection money, and resolutely reject them.

Prerequisites for All Transactions

We require all business partners to represent and warrant that they are not anti-social forces.

Representations and Warranties

Not falling under anti-social forces such as organized crime groups, gang members, associate members, related companies, corporate racketeers, etc.
Anti-social forces do not control management.
Anti-social forces are not substantially involved in management.
Not utilizing anti-social forces.
Not providing funds or benefits to anti-social forces.

Actions upon Breach

In the event of a breach of the above representations and warranties, we may immediately terminate the contract and transactions without notice.
